Warranty FAQ

  • I noticed an issue with my knife after receiving my order. Can you help me resolve it? Yes. Parts are meticulously inspected at each step of manufacturing, and again during hand assembly and finishing. Knives are then inspected by hand upon completion by Reate Inc. Knives are then inspected once again by hand by Peña Knives. But, if you should notice any issue once receiving your knife immediately after your purchase, Please contact us using the button above and we will handle the issue promptly. Do not disassemble.

  • Will disassembly void my warranty? Yes. Although we understand that owners will want and or sometimes have to disassemble an X-Series Knife, disassembly will void the X-Series warranty.

  • Can I purchase extra or replacement parts for my X-Series Knife? No. We simply do not have any.

Repair

  • Repairs will be considered on a case by case bases, and will require a fee. Fee amount will be determined once we agree to repair and have the knife in hand. There will be a minimum charge of $35.oo. which includes priority return shipping.

  • Stripped screw, lost parts, cosmetic damage, damage by servicing, damage by customization, etc. will be considered.

  • Including but not limited to scratches, dents, faded anodized, or finish that will naturally diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

  • We will not under no circumstances mail parts to you.
